Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg, a Life Plan Community located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Lynchburg, VA, is searching for a dynamic, compassionate individual to fill the role of VP of Health Services. This position is responsible for the overall administrative, management and operation of assisted living, the skilled nursing facility, an outpatient therapy clinic and a home health & hospice agency. Duties include organizing, budgeting, and managing services provided to ensure the highest level of care commensurate with fiscal responsibility; promoting a culture of well-being through Person Directed Living; and contributing to the vision and strategic plan of Westminster Canterbury.
The WCL campus consists of a 105-bed healthcare center, which is comprised of a 20-bed short term rehab unit and an 85-bed healthcare building consisting of four neighborhoods; 54-assisted living apartments including a 14-bed memory support neighborhood; and 262 independent living units.
