Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing care in the Memory Care unit.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes.
- Support, guide, and train nursing staff.
- Ensure care meets all policies and regulations.
- Communicate with families, doctors, and team members.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure).
- BSN preferred, but experience accepted.
- 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in memory care or long-term care.
- Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
