The Role
We’re seeking aPer-Diem / PRN Physical Therapistto performhome health visitsfor bothadult and pediatric patients.
Services include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
Delivering therapeutic interventions and caregiver education
Documenting visits promptly and accurately
Schedule: Flexible PRN — You pick your caseload and geography.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at AAA Home Care LLC, located in Alexandria, VA.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patients, creating treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and participate in patient education and home care planning.
Compensation: Per-visit (PRN): $70–$95 per visit ; Full-time: $100,000–$120,000 annually DOE. Mileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile for travel between patient visits.
Requirements
Qualifications
Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
Strong Patient Care and Home Care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Current Physical Therapy licensure in Virginia, Maryland or Washing DC
Experience in providing physical therapy services in various settings
